Sheer Vintage 90s Blouse

A classy & unique button-up vintage blouse, with front tie and attached front "vest-like" structure. Abstract print, semi-sheer, chiffon-like fabric. A versatile top- can be dressed up with a high-waisted skirt, or worn casually with denim. In great condition - no stains, rips, piling. *Size is not listed, but the tie/band at waist allows for adjustment (I'm typically a size 2/4 and it's fits very well).
