Selling this cropped turtle neck from forever 21! It’s mesh and sheer. It has black ribbing all around it and has a lettuce edge. It stopped just under the belly button. It’s 44.5 inches long, and 25 inches around. The sleeves are 24 inches long, the neck is 6 inches wide with a 2.5 inch turtle neck. Very unique piece!!
