Shipping Clarification and Potential Issues

My name is Lisa, and I typically use my friend’s address or the address of a third-party shipping company located in a tax-free state to place my orders in order to save on shipping costs. When I use my private address for orders, I usually don’t encounter any issues. However, when I use the address of a third-party forwarding company, there’s a chance that one out of every 100 packages may experience delivery issues due to USPS problems. Sometimes USPS has cases where packages are mistakenly picked up by someone else, and they also often do not cooperate in providing a signature receipt. Therefore, if a package shows as “delivered” but is not received, it may require the seller to contact USPS to obtain a delivery receipt and file a claim for the mistaken pickup. While the likelihood of this happening is very low, it is not impossible, and I just want to make you aware that it could happen. That being said, the majority of the time, the packages are delivered successfully. Additionally, both the forwarding company and my friends assist me by taking photos of the packages upon arrival to ensure everything is in order.
