Hate to ask on listing itself, don't want to potentially blow a sale if item is authentic but you aren't 100% proof positive. Kind of wondering how much of this is stuff YOU purchased direct vs. estate sales, etc. Nothing wrong w/ second hand, but 1st owner obviously preferred😍

Secondly, before shipping I stop to my local Tiffany boutique to have them cleaned, I’m there often enough that I get a discount on the service.

rockstarreka @karina_369 lastly, if you learn the authenticity tells, you’ll know that Tiffany items have melded links or unbroken, so if a link bracelet etc has even one link that is open as regular silver does, it’s not Authentic. Tiffany has a perfect font and alignment with their stamping, this is impossible to fake

rockstarreka @karina_369 finally, you can understand why I won’t post where I purchase my items on a platform where I sell the very items for a profit. But buyers have 3 days to authenticate any items posted on poshmark, by simply walking into a boutique. While I make a decent living selling Tiffany items, I won’t risk my reputation or access on any of the platforms I sell on on fake items. So yes, I’m 100% sure my items listed are authentic.

Nor potentially damage a sale by a well-meaning sincere seller. Sometimes sellers have no idea what they are passing along, though. If THEY made a mistake (like accidentally bought fake), I DON'T want to repeat their mistake...

karina_369 @rockstarreka But you don't EVEN want to see what I post/ask on obviously fraudulent listings....THOSE people make me SO mad...every day, same fake counterfeiter keeps "opening" "new" closets with fake Dior "NWT" bags, I report that same seller all the time. It's a shame PM can't weed those folks out easier. I haven't done a "Tiffany" search, but probably a few there, too. There's a problem with "NWT" Tory Burch bags and Burberry scarves, too😡

THEY KNOW FULLY WELL THEY ARE FAKE but they write authentic with no fear of being discovered. I too quietly report the listing, no need for a back and forth. But seeing people engage a customer on an item they claim is real that upsets me.
