Short Ruffle Sequin/Bead Prom Dress Sz S/M NWOT

This is a shorter version of the several I have. Organza type frills on the bottom with an embellished bodice of sequins and beads. The pit to pit measurement is 16 in. this makes a 32 in bust but can be bigger due to the lace up back. It is New without tags, specially made in China. Great for a growing Tween who has a special occasion or a small teen. I listed as a S/M
