New without tags! It has a really sturdy material, and the straps are adjustable. The straps are adjustable by the small gold buttons, you would move them around by pushing the buttons into the slits, similar to a belt. If you want the straps to show more, you would adjust the crossbody strap shorter, for a more shoulder bag/ top handle look. I would say it fits your phone, a lipgloss, wallet, and a couple more things. Looks identical to a style from Polene.
