Trendy handmade piece from Canadian designer Sid Neigum. Such a good quality piece for that minimalist Y2K vibe. Twist front that splits open under the bust. Looks amazing with high waisted pants or skirts or bust out those low cut jeans! Bought off Net-a-Porter in 2019 and sadly have barely had a chance to wear it. sabrina_basile @vickiduong hi there! The shoulders are 15 inches across, length is 24 inches and sleeves are 23.5 inches long and 5 inches across when laid flat.
