Signature by Reitmans Blue velvet Half Wrap Dress size XS

Beautiful wrap Dress perfect for the fall or winter time!! Its never been worn just doesn’t have the tags on it any more. I removed them when I was trying it on after I bought it… Probably not the best idea. Anyways it just doesn’t fit me the way I wanted it too. I would highly suggest this is kind of a for a bit of a more buster woman not someone very slim unless your willing to get it altered. Which I just couldn’t wrap my mind around to do.
