An absolutely incredible high end piece from Sigrid Olsen, beautiful lightweight button front coat Fabric is 100% silk, not blouse weight silk, this is a lightweight canvas with a beautiful visible weave. Substantial silk fabric Apparently the design is copyrighted, gorgeous botanical art print of various flowers and leaves. Have a good look at the photos. The fabric is unbelievable. Collarless design Button front with large faux tortoise shell buttons, plus spare Princess seams with 4 rows of stitching the entire length of the coat Cuffs have the same stitching, as does the hem Bracelet length sleeves Entirely lined inside, in matching acetate - with an interesting twist, the word sample is written inside, on the upper back lining. This coat has a secret! It was likely part of an in-house fashion show, or a trunk show to promote upcoming pieces in the next season.
