Silk Blend Blue Velvet Flapper Style Dress

Beautiful unique dress from Numph! 80% viscose 20% silk. Lots of really cool details, including asymmetrical hem, buttons, and lace around the neckline. NWOT, never worn and no signs of wear. I bought it and never had the right occasion! size 38 European or size 8, but loose style. p2p is 18", waist goes out from there, around 18.5". length from top of shoulder to the shorter side of the hem is around 31.5.
