Silk and lace navy blue dress

Navy blue silk and lace dress with cap sleeves. Lace applique has a floral patterning. Belt detail at waist. Zips up in the back. Light asymmetrical ruching at waist. Silk body is fully lined. Worn once there is a small hard to see stain (in last picture).
