Silk chiffon kaftan

A printed sheet silk kaftan. Colors are neon yellow/green, royal blue/purple and black. A graphic vibrant piece but also very ethereal and flowy. Quite striking, however these are the wrong colors for me. Otherwise I’d be holding onto this piece EUC, I wore as a swim cover twice no size. I imagine a one size situation
