Silk skirt

multi paneled skirt made from recycled silk saris. Elastic waistband measures 11.5" flat. Skirt is gathered and short. Would benefit from shorts or tights underneath as the silk can be see through in the sun. Skirt portion is 12" long excluding the 4" smocked band. Multi-coloured. Tagged small/medium but closer to an xs/s. see measurements above.
