Silk skirt, sustainable fashion

Fun multi paneled skirt made from recycled silk saris. Elastic waistband measures 11 and 3/4" flat. Skirt is gathered and short. Would benefit from shorts or tights underneath as the silk can be see through in the sun. Skirt portion is 12" long excluding the 4" smocked band. see pictures to see some of the sewing discrepancy in band (not all straight lines)Tagged medium/large but closer to a small/medium. see measurements above.
