Hi... first of all thanks for your purchase. you just left a one star rating for the necklace you bought from me because you never received it. It is showing delivered. So if you didn’t receive it could you the packet got stolen or somebody picked it by mistake, or it got delivered to a wrong address. please open a case with poshmark for this? I did ship the item and it shows delivered.

Hello, I see you are a posh seller as well. I don’t think you would appreciate if someone gave u 1 star after u wrapped a package nice & timely, waited in line @ the post office, & tracking showed it was shipped & delivered? Your essentially blaming me because the post office lost your package. We have no control over what the post office does once we relinquish the package to them.

I’m very sorry that your package shows it was delivered but u didn’t receive it. I’ve had that happen to me as well, but I have simply chosen to not rate the person at all instead of negatively impacting their rating system for something that’s not their fault & out of their control. 1 star ratings are severely hurtful esp in a situation such as this. Please open a case w/ poshmark to resolve this they will make sure u get your money back.

Hi I’m sorry about the boots. I used the label provided to me by poshmark. I’m not sure what happened. Maybe the box I used to mail the boots was too big. I’m willing to pay for the extra charge.
