Hand painted pottery vase is signed by Sioux artist "High Bear" on the bottom. Pretty etched design painted in teal blue. 5" tall x 4" at widest part, top opening is 1-1/2". Pre-owned condition, has a few smudge marks to colored design, surface wear to bottom from display.
