A stunning 50's inspired swing dress in black and white polka dot cotton fabric. The dress ties in a halterneck style and has a full flared skirt. Smocked back gives about another 2 to 3 inches to the bust measurements. Approximately 33 inches from underarm to bottom hem. Can be worn with or without a crinoline skirt. Does not come with a red crinoline. New with tags.
