Vintage 1990s dress in a medium weight cotton seersucker striped fabric. Puff cap sleeves, front buttons, collar, below knee length. No labels, looks handmade, should fit size Medium. Measures 37" around bust, 31" around waist, 42" around hip, Length is 43". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
