marwest2 Hi Farah, I purchased a lovely blk wh crystal necklace from you Dec 12 at a live show. It has strands of blk crystal + a pendant blk wh Christmas tree. I it put it on for the first time tonight and in less than 5 minutes the tree fell off! It was the finishing touch on my outfit,! I assume the ring at the top broke off.
