Size S to M Vintage 1970s Fitted Caftan Dress

Vintage 1970s maxi length caftan dress with batwing sleeves. Dress has tabs with buttons that do up around back, under dress that make the bodice more fitted, leaving the back and sleeves loose and flowy. Fabric is polyester with a bit of stretch. Label has been removed, should fit size small to medium. Will fit larger sizes if the inside tabs are left undone (see last photos) Measures 30-32" around midriff when tabs are done up.
