Size XS to S Vintage 1970s Tie Neck Dress

Vintage 1970s dress in a sheer blue and purple fabric over a solid blue colored lining. Short to half length puff sleeves, V front with attached ties at front neck, back zipper. About knee length or just below. ***There are thread belt loops but no belt.*** No labels, probably handmade, should fit size XS to small. Measures 35" around bust, 26" around waist, 38" around hip, length is 40.5". Fabric and waist do not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
