fabfind7 @littlemtncloset hello, sorry I missed your question. I have had this item for awhile, have no way of knowing if it was washed other than the current condition. The sweater has no signs of being washed, the ends of the dogs scarves are perfect, there is no fraying at all. Hope that helps some.
