Soft Silk Brightly Colored Blouse or button-up shirt in red leopard print

I was so young in my style journey when I bought this shirt and I ended up never wearing it, even though it is a really nice shirt. I found it probably 10 years ago in a Buffalo Exchange in Portland. Oh wow does Portland have some amazing thrift shops, and just all down the west coast. It's a treasure trove of true vintage. The reason I don't wear it is not that it's not my style, or I wouldn't have piked it up, but I have a very similar shirt that I like better and so I would love for someone on their own fashion discovery journey and comes across this cute top and loves it like I did. Couldn't tell you anything about the brand, and it's a pretty solid XL, maybe on the small side actually. I can see wearing this with a few buttons down and a nice skinny black scarf of some kind, or a bandana scarf would work too, one of those lace and beaded ones. Then I would either tuck it into a simple short fit and flare skirt to emphasize the chest and the legs. And with the short skirt I would wear a black bootie of some kind with a decent heel on it, maybe a platform boot.
