I needed to ask you something if I could please...I got on poshmark the IL Makiage repluming cream by another seller and since you sell this I need to know what it actually looks like ...I received it today and first off it looks 1/2 empty and there was NO protective white seal thing that most bottles like this have .. it looks used but stated on the listing that it was NEW... I need to know how it originally looks b4 opening a claim...I wish I could send you a pic but can't on here...

I got the delivery I don't know what happened but 1 of the items is completely empty?...(power rewind and the other skincare I didn't order it was a power recharge ?
also I can't get the 4 spoiled child I wanted to try?... the one I matched with isn't included on those 4 and 2 of them are the same thing...2 of them I did get that was on my list I needed the dark pink and the real colored cylinder for the other 2 please...

To recap I received a power recharge and a power repair ...it was suppose to be a renew and a rewind I did get a Rewind but it's completely empty....
I need the dark pink cylinder and the teal cylinder color of the spoiled child (I matched to the teal one)
