Sourpuss Divers Dress

Nautical inspired dress with striped top with bow detail on the back. Top is 95 percent cotton and 5 percent spandex. Skirt is 100 percent polyester and does not stretch so waistband doesn't either. Hidden side zipper which can be finicky around the waistband (sometimes a helping hand is required). All measurements are measured flat. Small: 34" shoulder to hem, waist 13" Medium: 35" shoulder to hem, waist 13.5" Large:37" shoulder to hem, waist 14.5" XL: 38" shoulder to hem, waist 15"
