Spark Paws Insulated Dog Coat

Shiny pink slip on dog coat with Velcro closure for easy dressing! My dog weights about 23lbs but is long so I got her an XL based on her back measurement. It goes right to her tail but she doesn’t fill it out. It’s a little too big for my dog and I waited too long to start a return. Never been worn other than to try on for a few minutes.
