Spectacular vintage necklace in silver filigree and stone

This special piece, purchased by a friend on her travels in India, is crafted of 825 silver and a red stone that might be jasper. The pendant measures about 2"X1" and the chain is about 23 inches long. Marked 825 in two places on the clasp. In very nice condition with some patina.(d)
