Spense Polka Dot Blouse, size Small

I got this Spense button up blouse at a vintage store in Montreal. It’s a size small, white with black polka dots. It’s 100% viscose. The front and back has extra panels which I tried to capture in the photos, so there is two layers of fabric from the seam just above the chest and down. It’s super cute but too small for me - the buttons pop open. The sleeves are a slightly shorter style, so don’t go all the way to my wrist.
