kellyfowler888 I received my order from you, which was packaged poorly, the straw wasn’t even wrapped and is currently ruined because of lack of packaging care.. aswell you left your snacks in the box that you packaged it in. 👍🏻

sana2121 @kellyfowler888 hi! I put in snacks in all of my orders. I’m so sorry it wasn’t packaged properly. It was packed in bubble wrap with straw separated and in a box. Sorry, you could open up a ticket and let me know what the issue was. I’ve sold many cups and have not had this complaint.

kellyfowler888 @sana2121 the straw wasn’t wrapped or in any sort of box it was thrown in there and got ruined, I did however find this cup at my local Starbucks so I have a replacement straw so I’m just going to take it as a loss.
