stephaniehuang @mare1040 YES!! my friend got scammed from her and I helped her get her money back! You have to keep contacting poshmark and explain your situation. It took a while but my friend got the value of her bundle back!! Keep trying!!

stephaniehuang @mare1040 I personally did not get scammed from her but knew she was a scammer because of my friends situation. She tried to buy a bundle off of me and I canceled it to avoid her scam!

mare1040 @stephaniehuang thanks, I am and they are being so unresponsive! She claimed I sent her 2 incorrect items and the photos she showed were items never in my closet! Then she said another shirt had a weird mark, it was a deodorant mark because she probably wore it! When she showed the box,, she had a photo of it unopened, who does that? What, she wears the clothes and then makes these claims so she doesn't have to pay? I don't want clothes back that were worn or never mine! :(

I may come off poshmark now, I can't believe the reputation that I've built on here has been questioned.

stephaniehuang @mare1040 she also has another account, moonshine_13. She has been scamming for a long time I believe. I had another user contact me too about this! I know it’s very frustrating to deal with this situation but you deserve to at least get your money back!

stephaniehuang mare1040 Poshmark was unresponsive to my friend too in the beginning but we kept non stop contacting poshmark/sending emails with images of the incorrect items mina sent back. From helping my friend, know that you can at least get your bundle money back! Keep contacting them! It took about 2 weeks for my friend to resolve this!

stephaniehuang @mare1040 no problem!! Im glad to have helped you somehow with this! Keep contacting poshmark through the app, send emails to poshmark customer service, or even contact them through facebook or twitter. I’ve seen companies reply very quick on social media platforms!

mare1040 @stephaniehuang Hi how are you doing so guess what?Poshmark processed this as a return and I got the box yesterday and guess what was in it? 2 totally different items that she didn’t even put in the claim! She Sent me three items that were never mine!

stephaniehuang @mare1040 she did this exact scam to my friend!! It was processed as a return on favor of mina but she sent back all old clothes. Honestly the only thing that can be done right by this is that you can at least get your bundle money back!! When contacting posh mark about this send them pics of the wrong clothes she sent back!!
