diligentdiva74 @zz88 hi🙋‍♀️ armpit-armpit 19 inches waist 16.5 inches (33). All measurements were taken on a flat surface without stretch 🌺. There is stretchiness to this blouse. There are no hanging threads or snags. I looked all over it. That is a seam stitch you are seeing. Expand the pic😊
