Strapless Peppermint Medium dress

Very soft material, Size Large, fits Medium/large The waist is 2 1/4" elastic rushed and the top has double stitched 1/2" elastic to hold it up. No slips in this one unless it's yanked! The bottom of the waist has ruffles to hide any lines underneath and the dress is also lined with black material so you can't see through it. The top is 4 panels of fabric and the bottom is 5. It has a very nice shape while on and shows curves even if you don't have as many. (I am pretty flat and it gave me a nice shape!)
