Stylish Black Women's Leggings 2x

black leggings with a silver and purple design on the left leg. They have seldomly been worn. There is a bit of curl on the elastic as you will see in the last picture. 92% polyester 8% spandex . Waistband without pull 18.5 rise 12 inseam 27 and hips are 23. It does say 2 on the label I would assume it means 2X use measurements to determine fit.
