Washable suede! Do not dry clean! Impressive - I put this through the wash as instructed before listing. (Unscented Cheer - the white bottle stuff) . It took out the hanger marks on the waistband. In good pre-owned condition. No idea of the year but a classic black skirt is timeless. Bonus it's a washable suede. I can't find any flaws so I am going to say in good pre-owned condition.
