Made in Italy black stretch summer bootie. Upper material has a thick black band to help bootie stay in place. Can scrunch down for below ankle look. Very versatile designer bootie. Only selling due to boyfriend getting the wrong size and it being final sale. Had not been tried on at home. No scratches or any wear and tear look.
