swag4tl @jameshjr13 I know what you mean, just pull up on the part of the clasp it sticks out slightly longer. It is going to feel like it's stuck because the clasp is very tight so it doesn't fall off when you're wearing. Once you get the hang of it it'll be easier to get on and off

swag4tl @bgsuga1 ok you need to go reputable jewelry consultant, not a big brand jewelry store like zales or Kay they aren't trained in jewelry.. they are sales people. A real educated jeweler will tell you it is pure 14k gold. (They may charge you for accurate consultation). Weight should have been assumed based on size and price you paid. obviously not going to weigh much being that small and paying so little.

This way even if it gets there on or after that date they will be able to send it to your correct address.

swag4tl @mermaidartistry hi! unfortunely poshmark doesnt have anyway on their site for exchanges to work. theres no way for my to refund the purchase you already made. we do have size 11 but i have no way to accept the 12 back. Poshmark writes that in situations like this they recommend you listing the item for sale on your page. Sorry we couldnt be more helpful
