Sz XL, New with tags, ViolaBorghi Made in Italy silk blend

Reposhing this item I purchased from @ljilj. I love the blouse but sadly does not fit me. It is tagged a 3X, but it is definitely not a 3x fit. The size measurements is more like an extra large size measurement. Pit to pit measurement is 22” and length is 22”. It is a gorgeous blouse!! Questions? Happy to provide further detail.
