TIBI Wool Blend Off The Shoulder Blouse

Chic Tibi design in a deep chocolate hue. Versatile and stylish. I think the color is more a rustic brown to be honest. It doesn't matter because this is such a beautiful piece. The front of the neck is flat and the back is elastic. The arms tie at the 1/2 length and there are round bottoms and high slits on each side. PTP is 19" and is made for a medium no larger because of the fit. It's a stunning and may I add high end piece.
