Knee length. 1990s-Y2K. Cotton. Schoolgirl, preppy, librarian, harajuku, punk, goth, street style. Dark olive khaki green, fine wale corduroy. Side zip. 97% cotton. 3% spandex. Size 6. 4 seasons. Recommend using an iron. Steamer wasn’t enough.
