helloester @kristajewel HI! Sorry to bother you but I'm new to selling on Poshmark and I have a question. I'm seeing a pending balance for the items I've sold but not a redeemable balance. Does this change once items ship? Thanks!

_jewelsboutique @helloester No prob at all! 😊 So once you ship the items and it’s delivered, the buyer has three days to accept their purchase. The funds won’t be redeemable until they either accept the item or the three days pass. Once that’s done though, the money is yours! Hope that helps. 😊
