don't contact the seller, Poshmark support only. Tell them that you didn't realize it was counterfeit until you took it to your jeweler a year later. You were told: fake stamp, not real gold. Not Sterling; but stainless steel. Send images. They will ask you for additional images. send again. You will get your money back. Don't give up. I promise. I helped others already.
