mhbertolone @echicboutique hi! I am SO sorry for the delay, I’m usually a fast shipper! There was an ice & snow storm that hit us on Friday (1 day earlier than expected) and then the post office was closed Sunday & Monday. I am shipping it out today on my way into work!! So sorry again!

mhbertolone @echicboutique wanted to let you know that I’m waiting for a manager from the post office to get back to me and figure out WHY this is still “waiting for usps scan” when packages I dropped off today have already started tracking! I’m on it!

echicboutique @mhbertolone Haha! I was beginning to wonder myself what their problem was! It happens. Did they give you a tracking number? Sometimes Posh is VERY slow to update even when packages are halfway to their destination. Check that first if you have one- it may already be on its way!
