NWOT/never washed or worn Talbots Fit and Flare sleeveless dress with pleated skirt with white stripes. Navy blue. 100% Cotton shell and lining. Very breathable. Style of it reminds me of retro, 1960s, mod, twee, nautical fashions, and a Kate Spade dress that Taylor Swift wore (see second-to-last photo). Approx 15.75” across waist Approx 40.75” from shoulder to hem. Hits me just below the knee and I’m 5’7”. Size 8 (like a medium)
