Talula Black Eyelet Halter Cotton Dress

Cotton eyelet dress that is a halter style. Can also be used as strapless. Belted and has pockets! Very flattering. A little bit of an open back. I bought this off posh but never wore it because it is too small for me; that being said it runs small. It’s labelled as a size 8 but I would say it’s closer to size 6. It has stretch on the back strap as well as some adjustment options. PTP 15.75 without stretch. Waist is 13.25 inches without stretch. There is some give and stretch in the PTP and the waist.
