New without tags, I took the tag off but never wore them. These are a size small but I’m 5’9 so find them a little short, would suit a US 4 or a shorter US 6 best I would say. 100% Organic Cotton tapered sweatpant with elastic waistband, drawcord and pockets. Bought for $88 including tax.
