Cotton skirt with intricate stitching that forms a textured pattern on outside in purple/maroon color and bright pink lining that peeks through the scattered eyelets when you look closer. Scalloped bottom hem. Fits like XS in my opinion. Elastic waistband is 2inches wide and waist laying flat measures approx 13 inches/ 32 cm. Top of waist to highest part of bottom hem measures approx 13 inches/ 32 cm. Never worn basically BNWOT EUC no flaws 10/10 from pet free smoke free home.
