3_dog_day Hi, just saw you opened a case saying the free People jeans you received from me are ‘not authentic’. Exactly how have you come to this conclusion? If you note the free People tag, it has a black mark thru it, which indicates that it was sold as a final sale at Final Cut in Augusta, GA so that it cannot be returned to a regular store. It is 100% authentic and how you could even begin to think otherwise is beyond me.

theforestkelpie When prompted to give a reason I was not accepting the item, I picked "Item not as described" and not authentic was what Poshmark went with. As far as item not as described goes the jeans are not boyfriend jeans so they do not fit like boyfriend jeans and I would not have purchased them knowing that.

3_dog_day @swanw they are absolutely boyfriend and photos were included of the hem. Posh doesn’t ever ‘choose’ not authentic. Thankfully, posh has closed this in my favor.

theforestkelpie I haven't heard from Posh. We will see. The hem was shown in the last pic which does not come up unless you click on it. Sorry I did not see that. Good idea I suppose when they are obviously defective. Would be nice if that picture was shown first or even second maybe you could think about that in the future. If you feel good about selling them fine. I am not going to cry over 20.00 but certaintly will not buy from you again.

I can also see from love notes that you’ve left that you have questioned authenticity of free people items before. The truth here is that YOU didn’t look at all the photos and didn’t read the description. Don’t worry about buying from me, buyers like you get blocked.

That is my case and I am a excellent Posh customer and only have had a couple of problems before that were both ruled in MY favor because I was right. If Posh ruled in your favor good for you but going back and forth over this is unprofessional to say the least.
