glamgirl008 I just wanted you to try this herbal plant called Moringa it is very high in folic acid and iron it did miracles for my daughter regarding pain crisis I really hope you try it let me know if you see a difference hard to find health food store but it def does wonders for her it's been over a year since she's been taking the Moringa I boil it as tea for her take care😘
