The Kooples Silk Shirt Dress Sz M

Sweet navy silk dress with white hearts. The front panel is pleated with frill accents and has antiqued-looking buttons. The skirt portion is fully lined and hits at about the knee. It can be worn loosly or there are small ties that can be done up on the back to bring the waist in. It would look great with black leather boots! Shoulders - 14.5 in Waist (untied) - 19 in Length down the front - 34 in Size tag says 3 which is a medium but this can be worn oversized on a small as well. In great condition.
