The Prettiest Little Girl's Vintage Dress (8 years old)

Such a sweet dress! Marked size 8 years old but this is vintage sizing so please see measurements below. There is no material tag but I believe it's a cotton/poly blend. Very gently used. One stain on the INTERIOR of the hem so it doesn't show (see last picture). Overall great condition otherwise. Stretch waist.
